Grounded, relational, and at your pace
I take an intuitive, relational, and non-pathologizing approach to working with clients. I believe meaningful change starts with compassionate, non-judgmental curiosity—building trust, understanding where you are and where you want to go, and then exploring how to get there together.
Our work might focus on nervous system regulation, habit change, or emotional reactivity one day, and explore personal history, inner parts, or relational dynamics another. It's a fluid process, grounded in what's most alive and available in the moment.
My approach draws from contemporary psychedelic therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, Buddhist and Jungian psychology, and emerging neuroscience. But more than any single method, I aim to support integration in the broadest sense—helping to bring what's been fragmented into connection, within yourself and in relationship.

My clients include professionals, young adults and parents, creatives, and seekers of all kinds. Some are moving through transitions or burnout. Some are integrating expanded states of consciousness. Others are simply looking for steady, grounded support as they explore growth and wellbeing on their own terms.
My approach blends deep listening, evidence-informed practices, and over two decades of experience with meditation, psychedelics, and personal transformation. Wherever you're at, that's where we'll start.
I've spent the past two decades immersed in psychedelics and contemplative practice, and since 2017, I've been deeply engaged in education, clinical training, group facilitation, and one-on-one support. My work spans public education, program design, and private practice—always walking the line between rigor and openness, science and spirit. I try to hold it all with nuance, care, and a deep respect for the paradoxes at the heart of transformation.
